Powder Tracks apartments combine modern Australian architecture with reinforced concrete
construction to maximize the privacy and comfort of each apartment. Twelve apartments
(four 1 bedrooms, six 2 bedrooms, and two 3 bedrooms) were all sold off-plan. In Powder Tracks
we introduced the two-key entry system that allows investors to maximize their rental return.
Occupancy in 2005 and 2006 seasons was above 95% and summer occupancy is still growing.
Estimated capital gains were 32% since completion date.
